HUNGER Magazine Issue 2 Editors Letter

Last week, 10^th May, Hunger Issue 2 went on sale. Hunger Magazine is a bi-annual lifestyle and fashion magazine founded by the amazing Rankin, who also launched Dazed & Confused in the 1990s. It is just such a brilliant magazine – photographs, interviews, paper…the whole thing and for the size and thickness (of the telephone book) is an absolute steal for only £4.95! The editor’s letter has to be one of the best openings to a magazine that I have read so far. As we are now moving into such a digital age – getting our magazines on-line and IPads some people believe that the printed magazine is going to fade out become an extinct species. Nothing beats an actual hard copy of a magazine more and more publications beginning to become bi-annual for being released a few times a year so that people are going to keep them for years and years like a book.
