My friend, Sammi Rogers, who is studying Fashion Technology at Gala in her 2nd year completed her final project for Design for Function about sportswear to photograph (me and my friend from my class both done this as a mini collaboration of photography bit like Marcus Piggott and Mert Alas). She decided to aim hers at equestrian market. The designs were amazing – interesting colours, shapes and print. All to together there was a shirt, body wormer and trousers. We went up to a stable about 10mins form Galashiels – the weather was absolutely freezing with snow laying! But the landscape worked well as it was frost and snow that made the garments stand out.
